The DADGAD stuff is funky, but I think it&#039;s common in some of the real blues type music... that song &quot;Hard Time Killing Floor&quot; that was in O Brother Where Art Thou uses it.  But I suspect it&#039;s not so much about making it easier to hit chords than it is to straighten out the blues boxes (just a theory, though).</description>
